2. Non-Returnable Items

  • products without original packaging,
  • clearance or discounted sale items,
  • and items damaged after delivery.

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • the product will be inspected,
  • and eligible refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds may be issued through:

  • or the original payment method where applicable.

4. Replacement Policy

If a product is defective or incorrect, Zuhaix may provide:

  • store credit,
  • or a full/partial refund depending on the situation.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the issue was caused by our mistake.
  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
